GUIDANCE WIZARD:

• PRIVplus^TM for Windows has a new feature called the Guidance Wizard
• The Guidance Wizard walks you through each subject area (demographics, license, liability insurance, graduate education, etc.) during the primary source verification process on each practitioner
• You customize the Wizard to display only those subject areas you always want to visit when adding a new practitioner
• After you have visited that particular subject area, an ‘x’ appears next to it

CALENDAR:

• PRIVplus^TM for Windows provides a Calendar displaying all Expirations for a Practitioner
• Display expirations for any year by just clicking
• Print a practitioner’s expirations for that year in one simple click while viewing the calendar

LETTER WRITING FEATURES:

• Email letters to pratitioners from PRIVplus
• Unlimited number of letters (letters to practitioners, as well as, verification letters - program comes with 84 standard letters)
• Text editor which works much in the same manner as standard word processors
• Ability to drop fields into your letter (license number, date of birth, SSN, committee, etc.)

SECURITY:

• You may give individuals the authority to Update records or to Browse records, or both. You may choose to have a security group, or level, which will only allow individuals in the Operating Room to view (browse) privileges
• Once the individual with limited security enters the PRIVplus^TM for Windows program, they will only be able to view the subject areas they have access to
